Customized & Convenient Outpatient Rehab Programs
A step down from inpatient, our outpatient services offer veterans additional time to recover in a structured environment while transitioning back to everyday life. Our clinical team will assess each veteran’s situation and substance use history to determine the appropriate program type for them.

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides a structured environment and schedule to maintain a continuity of care. Patients live at home or in supportive living settings and travel daily to a Hero’s Path facility for intensive education and counseling.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)
In our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), veterans maintain their work and home responsibilities while fully engaging in their addiction rehab program. Sessions are attended several times per week, either in person or via telehealth as appropriate.

Outpatient Group & Individual Therapy
Under the guidance of our qualified professionals, our outpatient groups offer a space for veterans to share with a community of peers. We also provide individual sessions where patients engage with a licensed therapist for continued support in their recovery.

Providing the Tools for Recovery
“Bradford was a blessing for my loved one and our family. The recovery process was handled with grace and standards that I can only define as life-altering and life-saving. The entire staff has one goal…. Their patient’s sobriety for today and the rest of their life, for the betterment of the patient, and the patient’s loved ones.“
